KURIER - WHAT TO DO IF THE SHIPMENT WAS NOT PICKED UP

In case the shipped consignment is not picked up until 12pm on the day of the delivering train arrival, the carrier will inform the sender about the state of the shipment and will deposit it for 5 consecutive days. The carrier will, then, realise the consignment claim and charge for the deposit. After 5 days of deposit, the consignment is considered as the lost & found and will be sent into the central lost & found deposit.
