Tickets with better prices and flexibility


Our new service Credit Account enables our customers to deposit their finances and use them to purchase the ticket offers for better prices. If you decide to return the tickets, you can do so under more favourable conditions. The benefits of this account can be used if you purchase the tickets online, in stations equipped with KVC system or in our Customer Centres in 11 Slovak towns.

  • 5 % bonus credit – the company adds 5% of the financial sum you deposit on the account
  • More convenient conditions of the ticket returns – if the returned ticket can be cancelled, we add the cancellation fee to your bonus credit so you can use it for the next purchases

How to start using Credit Account

  • You can register your Customer Account with our help at sales points equipped with KVC or in Customer Centres in 11 Slovak towns, the Customer Account was or will be automatically created for those customers, who are registered for the zero-fare transportation or those, who purchased the cards KLASIK RAILPLUS, JUNIOR RAILPLUS, SENIOR RAILPLUS or MAXI KLASIK after 1st July 2016,
  • You can register your Customer Account also online (please, enter correct e-mail address and mobile-phone number – it will be used for sending you the verification SMS for individual transactions),
  • You will acquire your Customer Account Number, Registration Number and Registration Card, that can be printed out or saved in your smartphone, tablet or notebook. The card contains 2D code that will ease your access to the account at the sales-desks,
  • If you register at our sales-desk and you plan to use the account online, then it needs to be coupled,
  • If your Customer Account is already activated online, the system will require verification of your registration via SMS that will be sent to the defined mobile-phone number,
  • Finally, you make a deposit to the account (minimum 10 €, maximum 500 €).

Practical hints

  • You can have your customer account registered without the necessity to deposit finances. The advantage will still be the simplified online purchases – you do not need to enter the required data at each purchase. You will not, however, receive the bonus credit,
  • Bonus credit can be used already for purchase of one ticket with the price of minimum 1 € for up to 25 % of the ticket price,
  • If you decide to cancel the Credit Account, your deposited finances will be decreased by 5 % cancellation fee. Your finances without the bonus credit will be sent to your bank account (defined by you). The restoration of the account is not possible,
  • Claims will be processed by the Clearing Section of ZSSK (SeOTZ), address: Železničná spoločnosť Slovensko, Úsek obchodu, SeOTZ, Oddelenie vnútroštátnej prepravy, Rožňavská 1, 832 72, Bratislava, We will also need the complaint/claim-relevant documents. You can submit your claim/complaint at ZSSK sales-desks as well,
